What is the basic fee?

The basic fee is 55,000 yen per use. This fee includes the system usage fee, doctor's consultation fee, nurse's interview fee, multilingual interpretation fee, and the cost of issuing prescriptions and medical certificates.

Is health insurance applicable?

An itemized medical bill required for an insurance claim will be issued after the consultation.
While overseas travel insurance may cover medical treatment and medication costs, we ask that you please contact your insurance provider directly for inquiries.

Is the cost of medication included?

The service fee for "HOTEL de DOCTOR 24" does not include the cost of medication.
Customers are required to pay for their prescriptions at the pharmacy themselves.
